1. The service
Rixe is a subscription service that measures and helps improve how visible brands are in AI answer engines. By accepting these terms you agree to use the service under them.
2. Your account
You are responsible for creating an account with accurate information and for keeping it secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service unlawfully, to infringe others’ rights, or to threaten the integrity of the system. You measure only brands you are authorised to measure.
4. Subscription and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and collects applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Refunds: each measurement is a paid call to the AI engines made on your behalf, so a payment is not refundable once measurement has started for your account. If no measurement has run yet, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment. Partial periods are not refunded on cancellation. Where mandatory consumer law gives you a different right, that right applies.
Usage-based costs are bounded by your plan limits; exceeding a limit may stop new measurements being added but does not interrupt existing ones.
5. Data and content
The brand, prompt and content data you enter is yours. You grant us permission to process it to provide the service. Measurement results rely on third-party engines’ answers, whose accuracy we cannot guarantee.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

С месячной или годовой подпиской на измерение промптов вашего тарифа; подключаемые данные используются только для построения ваших отчётов.
Да, с действием в конце оплаченного периода. Ни срока уведомления, ни платы за отмену.
Вам. Ваши промпты, данные подключённых аккаунтов и выгрузки — ваши, и мы не претендуем на лицензию использовать их где-то ещё.
Не в течение оплаченного периода. Изменение действует со следующего продления и объявляется заранее, а не обнаруживается в счёте.
Измерение брендов и категорий, включая конкурентов. Не скрейпинг продукта, не перепродажа сырого потока и не генерация контента, выдающего себя за человека.
Промпты сверх лимита перестают обновляться. Мы не повышаем вам тариф автоматически, чтобы потом выставить счёт.
Конкретное обязательство на Scale и разумные усилия на остальных тарифах; статус каждого прогона в любом случае виден в панели.
Ответственность ограничена уплаченными суммами, как это принято, и мы устраняем дефект. Мы не утверждаем, что измерение непогрешимо, и условия этого не изображают.
Турецкое право, с условиями по данным ЕС в DPA. Корпоративные соглашения обсуждаемы, когда этого требуют закупки.
По почте до вступления в силу, с описанием изменения, а не подменой старого документа новым.
