Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Rixe service.
October 2026
1. The service
Rixe is a subscription service that measures and helps improve how visible brands are in AI answer engines. By accepting these terms you agree to use the service under them.
2. Your account
You are responsible for creating an account with accurate information and for keeping it secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service unlawfully, to infringe others’ rights, or to threaten the integrity of the system. You measure only brands you are authorised to measure.
4. Subscription and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and collects applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Refunds: each measurement is a paid call to the AI engines made on your behalf, so a payment is not refundable once measurement has started for your account. If no measurement has run yet, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment. Partial periods are not refunded on cancellation. Where mandatory consumer law gives you a different right, that right applies.
Usage-based costs are bounded by your plan limits; exceeding a limit may stop new measurements being added but does not interrupt existing ones.
5. Data and content
The brand, prompt and content data you enter is yours. You grant us permission to process it to provide the service. Measurement results rely on third-party engines’ answers, whose accuracy we cannot guarantee.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
9. Contact
Brands and agencies track their AI visibility with Rixe
Frequently asked
A monthly or annual subscription to measure the prompts on your plan, with the data you connect used only to build your reports.
Yes, effective at the end of the paid period. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
You do. Your prompts, your connected-account data and the exports are yours, and we claim no licence to reuse them elsewhere.
Not during a paid period. A change applies from the next renewal and is announced before it, not discovered on an invoice.
Measuring brands and categories, including competitors. Not scraping the product, reselling the raw feed, or using it to generate content that impersonates a person.
Prompts above the limit stop refreshing. We do not auto-upgrade you and then invoice for it.
A specific commitment on Scale, best effort on the other plans, and the engine run status is visible in the panel either way.
Liability is capped at fees paid, as is standard, and we will fix the defect. We do not claim the measurement is infallible, and the terms do not pretend otherwise.
Turkish law, with the EU data terms in the DPA. Enterprise agreements can be negotiated where procurement requires it.
By email before they take effect, with the change described rather than a new document silently replacing the old one.
