How we use AI, and how AI may use this site

We sell a measurement instrument for generated answers, so it matters that we are exact about where generation sits in our own work.

[01]

How we use it

AI helps us draft, translate and check. It does not decide what is true, and nothing reaches this site without a person reading it first.

[02]

What it never does

No score, no comparison and no claim about another company is produced by a model without a human source behind it. Generation is never the evidence.

[03]

How AI systems may use this site

Crawl it, quote it, cite it. The site publishes /llms.txt, every page carries structured data, and nothing here is gated against an answer engine.

[04]

Measuring is not generating

The platform reads what engines already say. It does not write into them, and it offers no way to place your brand in an answer that would not otherwise carry it.

One surface for every part of the visibility loop

Six screens carry the whole job: read the answer, score it, find the sources behind it, and turn the gap into work someone can pick up.

Thoughts on Rixe

I was most interested in the focus on brand perception. Being visible in AI is good, but it's also important whether the brand is shown positively, negatively, or just as an alternative. The problem Rixe is working on is really meaningful in this regard.
It has a simple product approach. It's good that they're trying to make a complex topic more understandable.
When you think about it from an agency perspective, it's easier to understand why such a platform is necessary. Showing a client Google rankings is easy, but explaining why competitors are recommended more on ChatGPT or other AI platforms isn't so easy. Rixe's focus on this gap is a good choice. It could especially attract teams that prepare regular visibility analyses for different brands.

Frequently asked

Models read answers and score them, classify prompts, and draft briefs and refreshes. Every draft waits for a person to approve it; nothing is published by a model on its own.

Yes — this site is written to be read by them. The policy page sets out what is allowed and what attribution we ask for, in the same terms we would want from anyone quoting us.

Saying where a model was used, keeping a person accountable for every published claim, and not generating anything that pretends to be someone's experience.

Yes — the agent, the content drafting and the classification of answers. Where a model produced something you see, the interface says so.

No. Prompts, answers and connected-account data are used to build your panels and nothing else.

Reviews, testimonials, forum posts, comments — anything whose value depends on a reader believing a person wrote it.

Because the alternative is that every customer asks the same four questions in a security review. Writing it down once is cheaper for everyone.

We are. A generated brief with a wrong fact is our defect, not the model's, and it is fixed as a defect.

When what we do changes. Each version is dated, and material changes are noted rather than quietly swapped in.

Yes, that is largely who it is written for. If your assessment asks something the policy does not answer, write and we will answer it and then add it.
