Who uses this, and for what
The people who open this every week fall into four groups, and they want different things from the same screen. A brand team wants the number and what moved it. An agency wants fifteen of those without fifteen afternoons. An SEO team wants it next to clicks. A retailer wants it per product.
What they share is the shape of the problem. The category conversation moved somewhere nobody was watching, the old reporting does not reach it, and the first honest answer to how are we doing there is a number with a sample size next to it rather than an anecdote from last Tuesday.
We are early enough that this page is short and says so. The customers below agreed to be named; the examples elsewhere on the site are labelled as examples. A logo wall is easy to fill and worth nothing when it is filled dishonestly — the reason to trust a measurement platform is that it does not round its own numbers up.
Measured gaps become briefs, briefs become drafts; nothing is published until you approve it.

Thoughts on Rixe
“
When you think about it from an agency perspective, it's easier to understand why such a platform is necessary. Showing a client Google rankings is easy, but explaining why competitors are recommended more on ChatGPT or other AI platforms isn't so easy. Rixe's focus on this gap is a good choice. It could especially attract teams that prepare regular visibility analyses for different brands.
“
I don't see AI visibility as just a trend. People's research habits are changing, and brands need to adapt. Rixe is positioned on the measurement side of this change, which I think is the right area.
“
Understanding why competitors are recommended might be more valuable than just seeing your own visibility. Rixe's approach to this topic interested me.
Frequently asked
Brand teams that need to know what assistants say before a customer quotes it back, agencies reporting on several clients at once, and e-commerce operators tying AI answers to orders.
The same panel, with a workspace per client — three, ten or twenty-five depending on the agency tier — plus the white-label report, CSV export and the API for pulling numbers into a deck you already send.
One where somebody is already accountable for organic demand and has noticed the answer changing before the ranking did.
No. The smallest useful setup is one person, one market and thirty prompts; the largest we run is several hundred prompts across eight markets.
Any category where a buyer asks a question before buying — software, e-commerce, travel, finance, health-adjacent services. It works least well where purchases are purely local and impulsive.
Not to measure. To move the number you need someone who can publish, whether that is an agency, a freelancer or one person on the marketing team.
Their own brand prompts, to see whether the engines describe them correctly. It is the fastest way to find something wrong on day one.
Having nobody to act on the findings. The measurement holds up; a dashboard that nobody can respond to gets closed after a month.
Two to five in a brand team, more in an agency. Projects, not seats, are what the plans count, so adding a colleague costs nothing.
Where one has agreed to references, yes. If nobody in your segment has, we will say so rather than arrange a conversation with a poor match.

Three numbers, one screen. Enough to know which way the week went.
