e.g. Why did we drop this month?

You approve, then it acts

Every run stops at a decision. Nothing is published, sent or emailed until you say so, and the decision log keeps who chose what.

It learns from what you reject

Rejections move the thresholds. Say no to a refresh candidate often enough and it stops proposing that kind of page.

Each one starts from a template you can edit, and nothing leaves the workspace until you approve it.

Thoughts on Rixe

I was most interested in the focus on brand perception. Being visible in AI is good, but it's also important whether the brand is shown positively, negatively, or just as an alternative. The problem Rixe is working on is really meaningful in this regard.
It has a simple product approach. It's good that they're trying to make a complex topic more understandable.
When you think about it from an agency perspective, it's easier to understand why such a platform is necessary. Showing a client Google rankings is easy, but explaining why competitors are recommended more on ChatGPT or other AI platforms isn't so easy. Rixe's focus on this gap is a good choice. It could especially attract teams that prepare regular visibility analyses for different brands.

Frequently asked

Only if you let it. Drafts can stay drafts — the CMS step has an “as draft” switch — and a check step stops a run when there is nothing worth acting on. Every action is visible in the run log.

Nine measured triggers: a visibility drop, a new gap, a rival jump, a citation loss, a stale page, a coverage gap, a weak format, a source opportunity or a refresh candidate. Each is a number the panel already tracks, not a guess.

A brief for the gap, a refresh draft for the stale page, a technical audit for the page that blocks crawlers, an outreach task with a draft e-mail for the source that cites a rival — each queued for a person to approve.

Nothing, until you give it a workflow that says so. On its own it reads your panels and answers questions about them.

It is closer to an analyst with the data in hand: it opens the same stored answers you can open, and it cites which panel and which date a claim came from.

It drafts a brief and a first version from the gap it found — the question you lose, the sources the winner used — and hands it to whoever writes.

It is bound to the stored runs. If a figure is not in them, it says so rather than producing a plausible one, which is the whole reason it cites the panel.

It is model-agnostic and routes by task; the answer names the model used. That matters less than the grounding, which is your own data either way.

Yes, in all the languages the product ships in. The answer stays in the language of the question even when the engine answer it is quoting is in another.

Predicting. It can tell you what changed and what the winning answers had in common; it will not tell you what your share will be next month.
