The number in a case study is the whole point, so it has to be a real one. Every study here starts from the same panel you would use: the visibility score on a defined prompt set at a date, the work that followed, and the score on the same set afterwards. No modelled uplift, no “up to” figures, no results attributed to Rixe that the customer would not stand behind. That is a slower way to fill a page, and the only version worth reading.
The entries below are an example of the layout, not customer testimony. Real ones replace them as customers give them to us.
ExampleFlowCRMB2B SaaS · United States + United Kingdom
11%before→38%afterMarch – June 2026window
Measured on
120 tracked prompts, nine engines, two markets
What was done
Rewrote four category pages in answer format, corrected a 2023 comparison page through outreach, opened the second market so the English answers were measured separately.
The number stopped being an argument the moment it was the same number every week.Maya Chen, Head of Marketing
ExampleFlowCRM CommerceE-commerce · Türkiye
6%before→24%afterJanuary – April 2026window
Measured on
60 product and category prompts, nine engines, one market
What was done
Connected the store for nightly order data, fixed the crawler block at the CDN, published nine product answers built from the engine searches report.
We could finally put a revenue figure next to the visibility number instead of arguing about attribution.Deniz Aral, Growth
How this page works
What goes into one
A measured starting point
The prompt set, the engines, the markets and the score on a stated date — the same reading anyone gets on day one, not a figure reconstructed afterwards.
The work in between
What was actually changed: which pages, which sources were approached, which workflows ran. Enough detail that a reader could try the same thing.
The same measurement again
The score on the same prompt set at a later date, with the confidence interval and run count, so a reader can judge whether the move was real.
Measuring isn't the end. The real work comes after.
The four screens below are the whole path from a measurement to a task.

Frequently asked
A study needs a measured before and after on the same prompt set, and a customer willing to publish both. We would rather have none than a page of numbers nobody will stand behind.
It starts from your own panel: we agree the prompt set and the dates, you keep the work you were doing anyway, and we publish only the figures you sign off. Write to hello@rixe.ai.
AI visibility is how often, in which position and with what tone a brand appears in the answers generated by assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. It is not a search ranking: a brand is either named inside the answer text or it is absent from the decision entirely. Rixe measures all three dimensions daily and reports them as one visibility score per category.
An SEO tool measures where a page ranks on a results page. Rixe measures whether a brand is named inside an AI-generated answer, which position it holds among the brands mentioned, and which sources the model used to build that answer. The two rarely agree: a page can rank first in search and never appear in the AI answer to the same question, because the model draws on third-party sources such as review sites, forum threads and comparison articles.
Rixe runs a defined set of category prompts through each engine's live interface once a day and parses the answer that comes back. For every run it records whether the brand was named, its rank among the brands mentioned, the sentiment of the sentence around the name, and every source the answer cited. No score is published from a single run: below five runs a prompt is marked insufficient sample, and every score ships with a Wilson confidence interval.
Rixe tracks ChatGPT (GPT-5 Search), Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot, Yandex Neuro, Grok, Claude Sonnet 4, DeepSeek, Qwen and Mistral. Every plan covers every engine — the limit is the number of prompts tracked, never the number of engines.
