Rixe has no open positions posted right now. We would still rather hear from someone who has read the product carefully and thinks they should be working on it than run a job board. If that is you, write to us with what you would want to own — the method, the engine adapters, the reporting, the front end — and what you have built that makes the case.
How we hire
What the process looks like when there is a role
We read the work, not the format
A repository, a shipped product or a written explanation of something hard beats a formatted CV. We will read what you send.
Paid, real work
Any exercise is scoped to a few hours, paid, and drawn from something we actually had to solve. We do not run unpaid take-homes or timed puzzles.
Small team, wide scope
There is no layer between deciding something and shipping it. That is the appeal and the cost — the work is broad, and nobody else is going to catch it for you.
In depth
How we hire when we hire
We hire rarely and late, which is a deliberate constraint rather than a stage we are waiting to grow out of. A small team can hold the whole product in its head, and the moment it cannot, decisions start being made by people guessing at what the other half of the system does.
When a role does open it will name the work, not a vibe: the system it touches, the first three months, who it reports to, and the salary band. Anything vaguer than that is a role nobody has thought through, and it wastes the applicant's time more than ours.
If you want to be in front of us before that happens, send something specific: a measurement you disagree with, a screen you would have built differently, a translation that reads badly in your language. We answer that kind of message. A CV with no note attached usually waits behind it.
One surface for every part of the visibility loop
Six screens carry the whole job: read the answer, score it, find the sources behind it, and turn the gap into work someone can pick up.
The agent runs every night against the rules you set. When conditions are met it prepares a draft and waits for you — nothing is published without approval.

Thoughts on Rixe
“
What I find truly valuable here isn't just counting how many times a brand is mentioned. It's trying to understand which questions AI recommends a brand for, alongside which competitors, and in what way. Because being mentioned in an answer and actually being recommended are different things. It's good that Rixe addresses this distinction. It will also be important to see how consistent the data is over time.
“
Being well-ranked on Google is no longer the same as being recommended by ChatGPT. It's good to have tools that try to measure this difference.
“
Everyone in marketing talks about AI, but measurement is still a bit messy. Rixe at least provides a framework for looking at concrete data in this area. It's an approach that could be useful, especially when preparing content strategies.
Frequently asked
There is no list of open roles on this page, which means there are none. When we add one it will be a specific role with a specific brief, and it will appear here rather than only on a job board.
Yes — write to the same inbox everything else goes to. A short note about what you build and a link to something you have shipped is more useful than a CV.
Small enough that everyone talks to customers and nobody has a job title that hides what they do.
Within a few hours of Istanbul, so a working day overlaps. We have tried wider and the handover cost was higher than the talent gain.
A conversation, a paid work sample on something close to real, and a session with whoever you would work beside. No whiteboard algorithms.
Two to three weeks, and we tell you the timetable at the start. If we go quiet beyond it, chase us — that is our failure, not a signal.
People who write clearly. Most of this job is explaining a measurement to someone who did not take it, in a sentence they can act on.
When there is somebody with the time to teach. Hiring a junior into a team that has no room for it is unkind to both sides.
The product is small enough that your mistakes are visible and yours. Some people find that clarifying; some find it exhausting.
Write to hello@rixe.ai with something you made. We keep the good ones and come back when a role opens, and we say if we will not.

Three numbers, one screen. Enough to know which way the week went.
