Who writes this, and how it gets checked

Everything published here is written by the team that builds the platform, and is held to the same evidence rule as the product.

[01]

Authorship

Articles are written and signed by the Rixe team rather than by invented personas. Where a piece leans on one person’s work, that person is named in it.

[02]

Verification

A figure about our own platform comes from the platform. A figure about anyone else is quoted from their public material and dated, or it is not published.

[03]

Corrections

When something here turns out to be wrong we change it and say what changed, on the page, rather than editing it quietly.

[04]

Competing products

Comparison pages quote each vendor from their own site and link out. We do not characterise a competitor in words they would not recognise.

In depth

How a page here gets checked

Everything published here is written by people who work on the product, and nothing is generated and posted unread. That is a smaller claim than it sounds: it does not mean no software was involved, it means a named person read every sentence and is answerable for it.

The evidence rule is the same one the product enforces on itself. A claim about how an engine behaves is either something we measured and can show, or something attributed to whoever measured it. A price or a limit belonging to another company is dated, because those change and a stale comparison misleads exactly as effectively as a false one.

Corrections are made in place and dated, not quietly edited overnight. If something here is wrong — a number, a claim about a competitor, a sentence that reads as a promise we did not mean — write to us and the page will say what changed and when.

One surface for every part of the visibility loop

Six screens carry the whole job: read the answer, score it, find the sources behind it, and turn the gap into work someone can pick up.

Thoughts on Rixe

Interesting product. I particularly liked the idea of comparing AI visibility with competitors.
What I find truly valuable here isn't just counting how many times a brand is mentioned. It's trying to understand which questions AI recommends a brand for, alongside which competitors, and in what way. Because being mentioned in an answer and actually being recommended are different things. It's good that Rixe addresses this distinction. It will also be important to see how consistent the data is over time.
Being well-ranked on Google is no longer the same as being recommended by ChatGPT. It's good to have tools that try to measure this difference.

Frequently asked

The product team, under the editorial standards on this page: a claim about the product matches what the product does, and a number is either measured or attributed to whoever published it.

Drafting help is used, but every published piece is read and corrected by a person who is accountable for it. The AI policy page sets out exactly where the line sits.

The people who build and run the product. Every article names its author, and the author is somebody you can reach.

Because engines and readers both weigh who said a thing. An unsigned page is weaker evidence, and we would rather practise what the guide recommends.

For drafts and for translation, and then a person rewrites and checks every claim. Nothing goes up that an author has not put their name to.

Yes, with a link. If you want a comment on something specific, write and you will get a sentence from the person rather than a press office.

Each has a page with what they wrote and what they work on, because a name with no context is not much of a signal.

Rarely, and only from someone bringing measurement we do not have. Rewriting our own category back at us is not an article.

Tell us what is wrong and we will fix the page and say what changed. Silent edits are how a site stops being trustworthy.

The English and Turkish are; the other six are translated and then reviewed by someone who works in that market, not shipped straight from a model.
