Ask your numbers a question; the assistant reads the reports and your knowledge base, explains them and suggests the next step.
e.g. Why did we drop this month?↑
Most software review pages are marketing copy with a photograph attached. This one is a list, and when the list is empty it says so. We do not write reviews on a customer’s behalf, we do not edit them for tone, and we do not publish one without the person’s consent on record. If you use Rixe and have something to say — including something critical — write to us and it goes up as you wrote it.
The entries below are an example of the layout, not customer testimony. Real ones replace them as customers give them to us.
Example
We had six months of falling demo requests and no explanation. Rixe showed we were not in our category's answers at all — not ranked low, absent. Three weeks after the first fix the score went from 11% to 38%, and the demo calendar followed.
Example
The source report is the part I did not expect. Half the answers about us were built on a comparison page written in 2023 that got our pricing wrong. We would never have found it, and fixing it moved more than a quarter of rewriting our own site would have.
Example
Reporting used to take half a day per client. Now I press export. What I would change: the weekly digest e-mail is still too long, and I have said so twice.
How this page works
The rules we hold ourselves to
Their words, not ours
A review is published as written. We fix a typo if asked and nothing else; we never rewrite a sentence to make it read better.
Named, with consent on file
Every review carries a name, a role and a company, and each one is published only after the person has agreed in writing to be quoted that way.
The critical ones stay up
If a review says something went badly, it stays on the page. A wall of unbroken praise tells a reader nothing except that somebody curated it.
One surface for every part of the visibility loop
Six screens carry the whole job: read the answer, score it, find the sources behind it, and turn the gap into work someone can pick up.

Frequently asked
Because nobody has written one yet, and we will not fill the gap ourselves. An empty page is information; an invented one is not.
Write what you actually think and send it to hello@rixe.ai with the name, role and company you want next to it. We publish it as written, once your consent is on record.
AI visibility is how often, in which position and with what tone a brand appears in the answers generated by assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. It is not a search ranking: a brand is either named inside the answer text or it is absent from the decision entirely. Rixe measures all three dimensions daily and reports them as one visibility score per category.
An SEO tool measures where a page ranks on a results page. Rixe measures whether a brand is named inside an AI-generated answer, which position it holds among the brands mentioned, and which sources the model used to build that answer. The two rarely agree: a page can rank first in search and never appear in the AI answer to the same question, because the model draws on third-party sources such as review sites, forum threads and comparison articles.
Rixe runs a defined set of category prompts through each engine's live interface once a day and parses the answer that comes back. For every run it records whether the brand was named, its rank among the brands mentioned, the sentiment of the sentence around the name, and every source the answer cited. No score is published from a single run: below five runs a prompt is marked insufficient sample, and every score ships with a Wilson confidence interval.
Rixe tracks ChatGPT (GPT-5 Search), Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot, Yandex Neuro, Grok, Claude Sonnet 4, DeepSeek, Qwen and Mistral. Every plan covers every engine — the limit is the number of prompts tracked, never the number of engines.
