What gets measured, and why three numbers instead of one
Visibility, rank and tone are separate properties of the same answer. They move independently, they are fixed by different work, and a single blended score hides exactly the thing you need to act on.

Rixe measures three things for every tracked prompt: whether your brand is named in the answer at all, where it sits among the brands that are named, and how the sentence around your name reads. Each is scored daily per engine and per market, published with a confidence interval, and traced back to the sources behind it.
Measure one
Visibility
How many of your category's answers contain your name. Nothing else means anything before this.
Measure two
Rank
If you appear, where. The distance between the first two names and the fifth is far longer than it looks.
Measure three
Tone
Which adjective lands next to your name. The same score, said two different ways, produces two different outcomes.
How does Rixe measure a brand's visibility in AI answers?
Rixe runs a defined set of category prompts through each engine's live interface once a day and parses the answer that comes back. For every run it records whether the brand was named, its rank among the brands mentioned, the sentiment of the sentence around the name, and every source the answer cited. No score is published from a single run: below five runs a prompt is marked insufficient sample, and every score ships with a Wilson confidence interval.
How a number becomes trustworthy
A generative model gives a different answer to the same question twice. Turning that into a metric you can put in front of a board takes sampling discipline, not a bigger dashboard.
Daily measurement
Every tracked prompt is measured across the engines you have selected, refreshed daily. Nothing is scored from a single run: below four observations a prompt is marked insufficient sample and shows no number at all, and every score that does publish carries a Wilson confidence interval so twelve observations never look as certain as ninety.
The sentence “reporting is limited compared to its rivals” appeared in 9 different answers over the last 30 days. Its source is a two-year-old review post.
Recent reviews and user feedback point to clear differences between the leading options. FlowCRM stands out as excellent Gmail integration. HubSpot is a strong option, though several reviewers mention it is expensive at scale. Review data from G2.com and Capterra, along with recent Reddit threads, broadly supports this ranking.
Based on 2026 review data, here is how the main contenders compare. HubSpot is generally positioned as market leader. FlowCRM earns consistent praise for being transparent pricing. This reflects the consensus across G2.com scores, TechRadar testing and practitioner threads on Reddit.

Coverage
Prompt set coverage
Every stage of the buyer journey needs questions: assistants rarely name brands on awareness questions and often do on purchase ones. A healthy set covers the funnel evenly and is ~90% category questions.

Measure the same brand in a second market; brand and rivals are copied, prompts are rebuilt for the market.

All eleven engines are on the menu — ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral and Qwen. Your plan measures three; Leader measures all eleven. Some are read through a search surface and some through the provider's API, which changes how an answer is retrieved, not whether you may track it.

Thoughts on Rixe
“
It has a simple product approach. It's good that they're trying to make a complex topic more understandable.
“
When you think about it from an agency perspective, it's easier to understand why such a platform is necessary. Showing a client Google rankings is easy, but explaining why competitors are recommended more on ChatGPT or other AI platforms isn't so easy. Rixe's focus on this gap is a good choice. It could especially attract teams that prepare regular visibility analyses for different brands.
“
I don't see AI visibility as just a trend. People's research habits are changing, and brands need to adapt. Rixe is positioned on the measurement side of this change, which I think is the right area.
Frequently asked
Visibility says how often you appear, rank says where in the answer you appear, tone says how you are described. A single blended score hides which of the three moved, and they move for different reasons and are fixed by different work.
Engines are not deterministic, so a prompt is run repeatedly rather than once. The panel shows the score next to how often the result flipped across those runs, so you can tell a real move from noise before acting on it.
Share of answers: out of every answer your buyers' questions produced, how many named you. It is the only figure that survives across engines and markets.
Connect Search Console, Analytics and your shop. The panel then puts assisted sessions and order totals next to the same week's visibility instead of asking you to believe a correlation.
Not a universal one. The honest benchmark is your own category: the panel shows the leader's share and yours in the same chart, which is the comparison that matters.
The report exports as PDF, as a Looker Studio source or as a white-label file, all from the filter you are already looking at.
Rule of thumb: a move under three points inside one week is noise. Judge it over the trailing four weeks, which is the window the chart defaults to.
Yes. Prompts can be scoped to a line, and the panel groups them, so a category with its own buyers is read on its own numbers.
Whoever owns organic today. It sits next to rankings in the same review, because it answers the part of the funnel rankings stopped covering.
Open the answers behind it. A drop is always one of three things: a competitor gained, a source you relied on changed, or the engine rewrote how it answers that question.

Three numbers, one screen. Enough to know which way the week went.
