[01] Our story/ Since 2026

What does a brand do when the answer is written by something it cannot see?

Rixe began with that question. Teams responsible for how their brand is described had no instrument for the surface where that description now happens — a generated answer, assembled in a second, cited to sources nobody chose.

So we built the instrument: a fixed set of category questions, run through every major answer surface every day, with the verbatim answer, the named brands, the order and the sources kept as evidence.

Rixe is an AI visibility platform. It runs a defined set of category questions through every major AI answer surface every day, records which brands are named and how, traces each answer back to the sources that produced it, and turns the difference into work a marketing team can act on.

[02] Mission/ What drives us

Our mission

Make the sentence an AI writes about your brand something you can read, measure and change.

Not a dashboard for its own sake. Every score exists to answer one question a marketing team can act on: what would have to be true for the answer to name us?

Our method

We query the search-grounded endpoints that answer real users, not a bare model call with no retrieval. A number that does not match what a customer sees is not a measurement.

Generative answers vary. Below five observations a prompt shows no score, and every published figure carries a confidence interval, so certainty is visible rather than assumed.

[03] Principles/ How we work

Four commitments that decide what we build

Measure the real surface
We query the search-grounded endpoints that answer real users, not a plain model call with no retrieval. A number that does not match what a customer sees is not worth reporting.
Never a score from one run
Generative answers vary. Below five observations a prompt shows no score at all, and every published score carries a confidence interval so certainty is visible rather than implied.
Missing is not zero
When an engine is unavailable the data is flagged as missing. A broken adapter must never look like a drop in visibility, because that is the one error that would send a team to fix the wrong thing.
Language is not a feature flag
Market-specific behaviour lives in data, not in code. Adding a market is a row, not a release, which is why coverage can grow without the product forking.
[04] Company/ Get in touch

The measurement is the easy half

Knowing you are absent from an answer is only useful if the next step is obvious. The work we care about is the part after the number: which source to change, in what order, and how to tell whether it moved.

In depth

Why this company exists

We started by trying to buy this. A brand we worked with was being described inaccurately by an assistant, and there was no way to establish how often, on which questions, in which markets — only anecdotes, forwarded screenshots and a growing suspicion that the answer was worse than anyone wanted to admit.

The tools on the market at the time measured rankings, and rankings were not the problem. So the first version of this was an internal script that asked the same questions every night and wrote the answers to a file. Most of what is here now is that script with the arguments settled: how many runs, which engines, what counts as being named.

Two rules survived from that period and still decide product arguments. Nothing is published as a fact unless it can be traced to the answer it came from, and no number is shown without the sample behind it. They cost us features that would demo well, which is the strongest argument we have that we mean them.

One surface for every part of the visibility loop

Six screens carry the whole job: read the answer, score it, find the sources behind it, and turn the gap into work someone can pick up.

Thoughts on Rixe

The good thing is: Thanks to tools like these, marketing teams might not just have to guess. Even if AI answers aren't always consistent, tracking specific queries over time can reveal meaningful trends. That's why I find the area Rixe focuses on valuable. It's an interesting topic, especially for companies looking to grow their brand in the international market.
It might not be a platform every company needs immediately, but it's a tool to consider for brands that care about acquiring customers through AI.
It's clear that a new area is emerging in digital marketing. We used to talk about brands being discoverable in search engines; now we're asking the same question for AI systems. It's striking that Rixe is one of the products addressing this change early on. Competitor analysis, visibility tracking, and examining which topics brands are associated with are complementary features. I find it particularly interesting how this data can be linked to content strategies. In the long run, we might see AI visibility among the standard metrics marketing teams track.

Frequently asked

A small product team that builds and answers for the product itself — the same inbox handles support and the roadmap. There is no reseller layer between you and the people writing the code.

Because the unit of measurement changed. An SEO tool measures where a page ranks; the thing that now decides whether a brand gets named is an answer written by a model. That needs its own instrument, not a column added to an old one.

A small product team in Istanbul, working on one thing: measuring what AI engines say about brands and acting on it.

Because the teams we worked with could see their rankings and not their answers, and nobody could say whether that mattered. Measuring it was the only way to find out.

We are revenue-funded and intend to stay that way while it works. It shapes the roadmap: we build what customers pay for rather than what a deck promised.

Enough to fund the team and not enough to be complacent. We would rather give a real number in a conversation than a rounded one on a page.

Anything that fabricates engagement — generated reviews, fake forum posts, comment spam. It works briefly, it poisons the sources everyone reads, and it is traceable.

In Türkiye, operating across eight languages, with data in the EU. The legal pages carry the exact entity details.

From what customers open most and complain about most, in that order. The second list is shorter and more useful.

hello@rixe.ai reaches the team, not a queue. Someone who works on the product answers, which is also why we do not promise a one-hour SLA on it.
